Register Your Luggage or Travel Bag
Prima USA Travel designs and manufactures luggage and travel bags under the brands American Green Travel, Puíche, AMKA, Vino Via, American Sport Plus, and ArgoSport.
After purchasing, please register your product to activate the limited manufacturer's defect warranty (10 years for American Green Travel and Puíche, one year for other brands).Within two business days, you will receive an email with a unique warranty number for each item.
In the unlikely event of damage not caused by age or mishandling including by airline staff, TSA agent, or other carrier personnel, you will need this number to claim the warranty.

Product Warranty Registration Form
This form is for retail customer to register a Prima USA Travel product they recently purchased.
Please fill out and submit one form for each item you purchased. For example, if you purchased a matching set of three sizes (one carry-on, one medium checked suitcase, one large checked suitcase), you'll need to fill out one for each size to generate a unique warranty number for each one.
